For the most part, my skin care routine works for me. I know which products really help my skin and which don’t. Aside from those annoying dry patches from eczema, I don’t really have many complaints. I’m also not one to question what I think is a good thing.
All of that stopped when I started writing about beauty a few months ago. You see, I’m the managing editor of Who’s What Wear’s sister site THE/THIRTY, so my whole niche is about what foods to eat, what exercises to try, Active clothes should buy… You get it. I let the Who What Wear beauty editors, Erin Jahns and Courtney Higgs, answer all of my questions about makeup, skincare, and hairdo. But now that I’ve just had a blast as a beauty writer, I’ve been asking a question everything. Main example? See all I learned about sunscreen here.
So as I was exploring, researching, and learning all there was to know about the world of beauty, of course, I took a close look at my skincare routine. Sure, it worked, but did I do everything correctly? It’s part curiosity and part A type of me.
