2-3 leaves of dandelion greens
1/2 cup frozen grapes
1/2 green apple
sprinkle with sea salt
- Place all ingredients in a high-powered blender and blend until liquefied.
This recipe works best in a blender or powerful juicer, as it produces a lot of pulp. If using a juicer and removing the pulp, add the chia seeds after the pulp has been filtered.
