Can’t afford to cut down on your device usage time? For the first time, we’d love to disappoint you for good. You’re about to experience tight and dry eyes and ultimately less sleep, which can leave you with bags under your eyes and dark circles that you never got. So make sure you don’t skip your beauty sleep and help prevent dryness by applying a moisturizer. Aging is natural, but trying and fighting the early signs of aging is in your hands.

While vitamin C, hyaluronic acid, and retinol are considered heroes for aging skin, you can get the same benefits from items you already have in your pantry. You may feel like covering your under-eye area with concealer even though it doesn’t do the expected job of lightening dark circles and revitalizing your deep-seated skin. Preparation is all about taking care of your skin and make it a little less stressful by making some homemade creams.

Potato eye cream

Ingredient:

2 tablespoons aloe vera gel

1 tablespoon potato juice

1 tablespoon vitamin E capsule

Procedure:

Wash a potato and peel it. Thinly slice the potatoes and put them in a blender, but don’t make them watery. Stir well until it forms a thick formula and sweep up before you go to sleep each day. Gently massage the area under your eyes with your ring fingers. Wake up and wash your face. Keep the gel-cream in the refrigerator and do not use it for more than 4 days.

Matcha ice-cream

Ingredient:

2 teaspoons shea butter

1/4 teaspoon beeswax

1 teaspoon almond oil

Green tea bag

Procedure:

In a double pot, melt all ingredients except the green tea. Once the liquid texture has been formed, open the green bag and add it to the double boiler. Keep over low flame until you see the color of the tea change slightly. Turn off the stove and use a sieve to filter out the tea residue. Pour this mixture into an airtight container and refrigerate for several hours until the ice cream solidifies. Apply this at night and put it back in the fridge.

Coffee ice cream

Ingredient:

2 teaspoons shea butter

1/4 teaspoon beeswax

1/4 teaspoon aloe vera gel

1 teaspoon coffee powder

Procedure:

Follow the steps to melt the butter and beeswax as outlined in the recipe above. After you get the liquid recipe, add both the coffee powder and the aloe vera gel as the mixture cools down. Mix well and then transfer to a mini box and store in the refrigerator for no more than 4 days.
